Where do you deliver?
Our delivery area covers the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Checkout accepts addresses within that area.
How long does an order take?
Allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by 3–7 days in transit. These stages are separate. Holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can affect estimated delivery.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $59 or more. For a subtotal below $59, the standard rate is $6.99.
Can I return gear that does not fit my plans?
Begin your return within 30 days of delivery. Keep the gear unused with its original packaging and all included parts. For a quality issue, incorrect item or transit damage, we cover return postage; for other reasons, you cover it. The return address is GlobalAxis Manufacturing LLC, 1407 Bayside Ave Apt 5 Woodbridge, VA 22191-2340. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt; approved refunds are then initiated, with bank processing time following.
Should I compare open size or packed size?
Both matter. Open dimensions help you plan the campsite; folded or packed dimensions help you plan the car. A shipping-package measurement is labeled separately and should not be treated as the exact folded size. Contact us if the measurement you need is not listed.
Does every sleeping pad inflate the same way?
No. Pressrest and Honeygrid use manual press-style inflation, with no powered pump required. Read the specific item description rather than assuming a separate pump is included. We do not claim an R-value or temperature rating where none is specified.
Are chairs and shelters ready for any weather?
Choose equipment for the conditions you expect. Our collection is for leisure camping, and a mesh rest shelter is different from an overnight tent. No unstated weather or safety rating should be assumed. Take down shelters in strong wind or severe weather.
What is included, and how should I care for it?
Each product has an Included row listing its components. Props in photos are not part of the purchase. Generally, brush off loose dirt, wipe gently and let fabric, padding and metal parts dry fully before storage. Follow any included product instructions.
