Using the store
You must be of legal age to enter a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and contact details, protect your account credentials and use the website lawfully. Misuse, fraudulent orders and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.
Products & information
Descriptions state the measurements, materials and package contents available for each product. Measurements are approximate, and screen settings can affect color appearance. Styling props in photos are not included unless specifically listed. Check dimensions against your vehicle and camp setup before ordering.
Use equipment for its stated purpose, follow included instructions and inspect folding joints and components before use. Our leisure camping collection is not intended for climbing, rescue or other safety-critical use. Do not infer weather, temperature or performance ratings that are not expressly listed.
Prices & orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes, if any, are shown in the checkout summary. A submitted order is an offer to purchase. An acknowledgment confirms receipt, and acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.
If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. We may decline or cancel orders for an incorrect price, suspected misuse, an address outside our delivery area or an unavailable item. If money has been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded.
Delivery & returns
Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is free on merchandise totals of $59 or more and $6.99 below $59. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Returns can be initiated within 30 days of delivery, subject to the unused-condition and original-packaging requirements in the Refund Policy. That policy explains postage responsibility, the return address and refund handling.

Our branding, original writing and site design may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product imagery and other protected content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Website access may occasionally be affected by technical issues; contact us if you need help completing a task.
