What shipping costs
| Order merchandise total | Standard shipping |
|---|---|

| Below $59 | $6.99 |
The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts, before shipping and applicable tax. Your checkout summary shows the rate before you confirm your order.
Two stages of the trip
Processing: 1–3 business days. This is the time used to prepare your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Transit: 3–7 days. This begins after dispatch and is separate from processing. These are estimated windows, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier disruptions, holidays or severe weather can affect delivery.
Following your order
When your order is dispatched, we send the available tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan.
Address changes & delivery problems
Check your street address, apartment number, state and ZIP before confirming. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly; changes are possible only before dispatch. For a missing parcel, check the carrier notice and nearby delivery locations, then contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
If an item is delayed beyond the stated handling window, we will contact you about the revised timing and your option to cancel for a refund. You can also contact us to request cancellation before dispatch. If delivery damage occurs, keep the packaging and take photos to help us resolve it under our Refund Policy.
